Jay was born into a ‘Real Estate Family.” Learning from his mother, a Realtor for more than 25 years, he got an early start in the industry, buying and selling his first investment property at the age of 18. From there, he began working with his mother at Re/Max in RI, then moved to development and management in downtown Boston. Upon returning to RI and Re/Max he collaborated with his father-in-law, David Iannuccilli, one of the founders of Re/Max in RI. Since then, he has built one of highest rated teams in RI, consistently finishing as one of the top 10 of all Re/Max teams in New England.
